By scheduling a service with NZExposures, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions below.

Photo Rights and Usage

The agent or client who originally pays for our photography services holds full usage rights to the produced images, which can be used across digital and print platforms.

Any other individual or entity wishing to use these images or videos must secure written permission from the original agent/client.

Raw footage is not included as part of our standard delivery.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule a shoot.

It is the agent’s responsibility to check the weather forecast before booking. We recommend checking weather websites for reliable local updates.

If unforeseen weather conditions arise, please let us know promptly if you wish to reschedule.

In the event of rain at the shoot, we will capture interior images and either wait or return to complete exterior shots later.

We aim to be accommodating, but an $75+gst call-out fee may apply if:

We arrive, and the shoot is cancelled on-site.

We are denied property access.

The property is not ready for photography.

If the session exceeds its allotted timeframe, we may:

Extend the shoot (additional fees could apply), or

Reschedule based on our availability.

Reshoots

Should you be dissatisfied with the photos, video, or any aspect of our service, please contact us asap. We are dedicated to resolving concerns swiftly.

A $75+gst reshoot fee may be applied if changes are necessary due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., new staging requests, items obstructing the property, etc.).

Property Condition

We do not move furniture, make beds, or declutter out of respect for owners and tenants, unless the agent or vendor is present and grants permission.

Please ensure the property is neat and ready for photography to avoid delays or additional fees.

Video Footage Archival

NZExposures retains video project files for up to 12 months from the shoot date.

If you need access to older footage, we will make every effort to locate it, but we cannot guarantee availability past the 12-month mark.
